The Women's Empowerment Leadership League ( WELL) is a collective of professional women, public and private organizations and business leaders, allied in a movement to aggregate, accelerate and activate resources, to ensure that Black women rise at the same rate as other individuals. Our commitment is to move women through various programs to ensure they receive the training and exposure they need to be successful.
